Join us at Galley for an unforgettable 2025 sendoff dinner. Celebrate the close of a great year with a prix-fixe menu crafted by Executive Chef Joel Rodriguez. Choose between a 5:00 PM three-course seating for $120 or an 8:00 PM four-course seating for $145. The 8:00 PM experience includes a welcome toast and amuse-bouche to begin the evening. Both menus feature a selection of appetizers and entrées ranging from fresh seafood to expertly prepared dry-aged meats.
